Welcome to The EI Group Blog

The EI Group have launched this blog to provide our clients and contacts with a space to communicate and debate contemporary workplace issues.

We have called the blog "HR Prosperity" for two reasons:

1. We wanted to reflect in the title the importance of strategic human resource management in ensuring ongoing business prosperity in an age that is punctuated by a global war for talent and numerous workplace challenges in respect to both culture and compliance;

2. The blog is put together by our Professional Services team who colloquially refer to themselves as "Prosper" as they provide Professional People Services. The Prosper team have extended their ivory tower into cyber space in order to get their message out to the world: Treat Your People Right and Your Workplace will Prosper.

We encourage you to comment, question and debate with us on the many issues we intend to cover in this blog.
